Seth's 7th birthday party was a football party. Paul painted the backyard like a football field with a field goal post made of PVC pipe. It turned out great!
We played football games, some relays, and a pinata.
Seth asked for a scooter for his birthday, but wasn't so sure about it when he got it. He was a little afriad of it. Once he got going, he quickly decided it was his favorite present. He still liked it even after he crashed on his second time out. He got going fast and forgot there was a brake to stop when he got to the end of the road.
It was a great, low-stress birthday party!

We'll have to plan to meet up sometime during the summer. We are always passing through on the way to our cabin--it's on Kolob mountain so we spend a lot of the summer up there, and in Zion and even in St. George; we'd love to have you guys come up there and join us :)
Loving the pics. Did you climb on the roof for that one? You guys are the most fun parents. I haven't thrown that cool of a birthday party in. . .well, ever.
